Summary/Objective

To perform China and NA material/tooling inspection to avoid the quality issue happening in production line and customer end, achieve quality target.
检查国内采购的材料/模具及美国材料避免不良问题发生在产线和客户端,达到质量目标。
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.
岗位职责
- Keep good ROCK and Safety in IQC area;
保持好的ROCK和安全在IQC 区域
- Prepare the material inspection specification& instruction/blue print.
检查材料时准备检查标准和图纸
- Tooling inspection as per QA note and specific requirements on the print and then feedback to IQC Supervisor
根据图纸和QA备注对模具进行检验及反馈结果给到主管
- PCB board inspection as per QA note and specific requirements on the print and then feedback to IQC supervisor
根据图纸和QA备注对PCB 板进行检验及反馈结果给到主管
- IO connector inspection as per QA note and specific requirements on the print and then feedback to IQC supervisor
根据图纸和QA备注对IO产品进行检验及反馈结果给到主管
6, Body inspection as per QA note and specific requirements on the print and then feedback to IQC supervisor

7, X pin incoming inspection as per QA note and specific requirements on the print and then feedback to IQC supervisor

8, Import measured data and supplier report into E-lab system

9, Scan passed material & Tooling to accepted cart; rejected material & Tooling to rejected cart
扫描合格的材料和模具到接受车，扫描拒收的材料和模具到拒收车
10. Monitor the unit weight jobs and update the unit weight into company’s public folder in time
监督单重工作，并在公司的共享盘内及时更新单重
在IQC团队中实施EMS方针
12, Control, monitor and improve the environment pollutions in IQC activities in conformity to the related legal requirement

Required Experience

1.With incoming inspection working experience 1 year
进料检查工作经验1年
2.Lifting Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
起重要求：从地板到腰部必须能举起50磅
3.Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes, and not suffer from any sensory deprivation and/or paralysis of the limbs.
必须能够坐/站持续90分钟，不会四肢麻痹和/或瘫痪.
4.Hazards and Atmospheric Conditions: Must be willing to adhere to department safety rules and regulations. May be exposed to noise (required to wear protective gear). May be exposed to Hazardous Materials & Chemicals (required to wear safety glasses and other protective gear).
